David Adams, Owner, President
David has been in the HVAC business for over 20 years. Having Graduated from Universal Technical Institute in 1984, he has a strong desire to be the best HVAC company in the Vancouver/Clark County area. David is Involved in the day to day operations and many times you can visit him at your Filter Headquarters in Hazel Dell. David is happily married to Michelle for over 19 years and they have 2 sons.
Michelle Adams, Corporate Secretary
Michelle is also involved in the business. She oversees our Club Membership program, and try's to keep David and the boys out of trouble.
Ken Reeves, General Manager
Ken Has been in the HVAC business for 16 years. Ken started out in new construction HVAC and has moved up to be our General Manager, He is in charge of Operations from install's to service. Ken is happily married to his wife Melanie and has 3 children.
Maria Schoeplein, Office Manager
Maria has been employed with Millers One Hour for 5 years, and is in charge of all the human resources and office staff. If your looking to purchase a new heating or cooling system, Maria will gladly set up a time to have a comfort specialist come out to your home. all for FREE! She is married and has 4 Daughters.
Eric Husemoen, Lead Comfort Advisor
Eric has been with One Hour for 4 years, He strives to become the best comfort advisor in the area, and his goal is backed up with his many awards for sales. He is excited to come visit with you and educate you with all your heating and A/C needs. Eric is married to his lovely wife Vicky and has 2 children.

Mel has been with us for 5 years. She is with our accounting department. She has 2 awesome children.

Mallory Schoeplein, Head Dispatcher
Mallory has been with One Hour for 2 years. She is in charge of booking all the appointments for the techs, and also is our main dispatcher.
